All the homes in resort communities come with heated pools, hottubs, come fully furnished and the resorts are already well positioned with tour group operators, travel agents and the algorithms to give you a head start.

They are fully furnished, right down to pots & pans and laundry detergent.

But I think this could be nice for a single person or couple's first place together, and maybe would work well as a furnished home in the future. 

The instructions was that "if the stated business purpose requires a license to operate, I would have to furnish proof of the license."

If you keep as a second home, then you have to furnish it at your expense. 

On the other hand, renting to travel nurses provides stable income, longer leases, and less wear and tear, yet presents the hurdles of a limited tenant pool, deciding on furnishings, and potential vacancy periods.

This would be a 4 or 5 bedroom home that would be furnished high end and sleep at least 12.

I love the interaction with the guests, but sometimes I think a nice 4 plex or small apartment would be a pretty nice thing to have.Remember once you get into the place you will have to fix up anything that needs it as well as fully furnish and stock it for vacation rentals.
