That allows you to grow the IRA and generate tax savings.If you do not have any IRA savings at the current time, then setting up a plan with a generic Wall St firm will be your best option until you squirrel enough away to start thinking about investing in real estate.It is a long term strategy, but one that will reward you well.

so far, it's only been for the depreciation pieces which can take some finesse depending on what you're doing.I would recommend that whenever you get to the point of needing a CPA, I'd have the CPA firm do your bookkeeping and then it's very easy for them to do your taxes.

As an agent you can do your own paperwork for making offers and sending in paperwork but you risk the real estate firms name being jeopardized from the types of deals you do depending on the image the broker firm holds.
