Typically a bank will not extend credit to your business if it has only been open for 2 months.  1 year is typically their limit.  

The Realtor board contracts have 5 business day attorney review periods (7 calendar days) from the day the contract is signed and that can be requested to be extended if you wanted. 

The covenants in the special warranty deed only extend to any breaches in title that were caused by the grantor or occurred during the time the grantor owned the property.

This positive impact will extend way farther than your own self, and to all those around you. 

If this is the first year you are doing this and your have made the federal withholding  payments via W-2 similar to PY, then you dont have to make estimated payment on the income you made from the deal, but make sure you set aside a tax money when you file/extend your return  in April. 

@Kevin Kevin you need a license or permit if you are doing major Renovations....Extending the foot print, building additional floors, converting the basement unit into an apt, electrical upgrades.

Make sure you approach it very humbly and apologetically and they will likely extend some grace.

In the midst of my option period I had a knee surgery and she handled all the things I was unable to do, such as extending option a couple of days, so we could complete everything and get comfortable with the minor issues we were walking into.

Very risky from a foreclosure in the sense that they can defintely extend out the foreclosure by using every avenue available to them and if you screw up, they could make it very difficult for you to foreclose and at best make it super expensive.
