Are there any $50-60k minimum loan amount lenders?

I wouldn't do a personal or private loan right out of the gate

Most covers extend beyond the well and then have clips that attach to the well.

Or at least offset the tax we would have to pay on the interest we make from the loan? 

What types of loans are available for a property of this type?

I had a great lender who was able to brainstorm options with me being newly self employed to get me a DSCR loan.

Curious what anyone knows about regarding a USADA Loan.
