We have a tenant that has two dogs and would like to add a fence at their expense.

I inherited her from the previous landlord, who did not collect a pet deposit or ask any pet fees for her dog or two cats.Well, the dog has absolutely wrecked the hell out of a large set of blinds by chewing on them.

Hi Fellow BP Fans,Recently I've had conflicts at both my short-term rental and a traditional rental with people claiming the pet policies don't apply to their support dogs.  

Walls were scuffed from moving, as clean as they were, they had a dog and dog hair was all over. 

My friend has asked me if I'd be interested in bird-dogging some potential target areas/investments and this is something I TRULY want to get into.
