@Joe DaigleI am seeing a lot of investors acquiring loans which appear to result in single digit yieldsIf there is a significant payoff above UPB they may pay above UPB but the loans I have seen selling have not been selling above UPBPersonally for the effort, most smaller investors are better off investing in a syndication than buying a one off loan as the returns will be similar and it will be a lot less work.
