Inventory levels are a problem with the on-market stuff, but I've developed an eye to be able to identify the breadcrumbs of a good deal that could be easy to miss.

You should always run your own numbers, but the stuff I get from him tends to match my own pretty well. 

We were dealing with a bank on this one, and usually they don't care about any of that stuff let alone consider it. 

Some of the issues were costly.It seems as though stuff comes up all the timeAs needing to be fixed.

The good part of the family emptied the entire house into a dumpster and had a old motorhome towed away . ( I got pics of THEM doing it ) So today I am doing a second cleaning /sanitizing and the crack head daughter in law shows up . " Where the xxxx is my stuff ?"  

The tests are very tricky so be careful, you do need to know your stuff.

Then we spent two months going back and forth on legal stuff.

Did the landscaping stuff.
