Now that I'm here I'm excited to learn all aspects of real estate and plan to teach my children what I learn.

It is a good community to network and learn about all aspects of real-estate investing.

I'm normally not a fan of doing work yourself (and would anyone who does this as a business to avoid it), but there are situation where it works -- when the profit isn't the most important aspect of the purchase, when you're handy, when you're planning to live in the house anyway and when you're in no rush are all good reasons...Personally, I think my wife and I would kill each other if we tried something like that, so I respect the fact that not only did he get it done, but he's still married!

I'm looking forward to learning all aspects of Real Estate Investing, and im also interested in gaining experience in Wholesaling & creating passive income with rental properties.

Otherwise, a judge may see you as another guy who has a briefcase open, holding a pen toward the owner and wearing a mask.Listening to gurus or marketing guys who think they know legal aspects will probably get you into trouble.  

I would also appreciate any input on the clauses that can bog down, tie up, or outright undermine the success of a possible wholesale transaction.Any and all help/advice would be appreciated; especially the advice given from those who have successfully & repeatedly used the contracts & clauses that they have recommended.I am new to the REI world but I am trying to learn as much as possible in regards to ensuring that I am attempting to complete every aspect of the entire wholesale process in the most wise, prudent, correct, and of course effective ways as possible.I am wholeheartedly looking forward to the day that I am considered by other professionals in our industry as a truly valuable asset to our field.

Contractors are the most crucial part of the job, but are hands down the most difficult.

Only recently it's been implied, by some, not I, that GIUC is an indicator of wholesalers, whom might not be within the strict aspects of the laws pertaining to wholesaling.
