I discovered BP nearly a month ago and have found myself consumed with trying to soak up as much information as possible.

This may be your highest living expense, but it can be controlled unless you chose to "consume" more - fancy areas, top of the line kitchen, garage, fire pit, vs. an apartment.  

I told them that's a healthy budget so this should be easy.

The downside is that inflation will permeate through the entire economy making everything more expensive, leaving less disposable income for consumers.

Many companies offering these types of platforms either disappeared, got acquired or are facing  challenges due to their borrowers defaulting on the payments, resulting in time consuming and legal matters which ultimately impacts the investors.

I have had some success with an online search, but it is very time consuming and feel that I am missing possible properties. 

@Wes Sherwood it can be worth holding onto a property that is CF negative if you have adequate income to offset the loss and still maintain healthy reserves.
