If you're open to sharing, I'd love to know what your Year One cash flow and cash-on-cash return are projected to be.Also, do you plan to continue acquiring more deals using conventional financing?

Then after 2 years that fractional ownership is exchanged for shares/member units in the REIT (721 UPREIT portion)?

What I would share with all of you about cell phone driven cameras is there is a delay in the video.

I'm      particularly interested in exploring the BRRRR strategy, despite the initially lower monthly cash flow.Long-Term Goal:- The ultimate objective is to achieve a monthly income of $15K+ through real estate investing within the next 10~15 years.I greatly appreciate any guidance, tips, or perspectives you can share based on your experience.

Investing in a REIT is normally pretty straightforward -- although some "REIT" investments are really mutual funds or ETFs that themselves own some REIT shares or track REITs.   

However, my only concern is that tiny homes could be more of a trend and you might not be able to keep the homes full in 10-15 years...Just a thought.

I would prefer to buy something local to the Longmont CO area, but there are limited options, so I am open to out of state investing, but concerned about managing it.

Maybe you own the well but have neighbors chip in on the costs in exchange for sharing the well water?
