I've read some mixed reviews about Allure flooring in rentals based on color.

You'll have to shop around, as there are plenty of options online that come with all sort of different designs, colors etc.

Chang the letter, the envelope color, and even the type of mail piece each time.

Lots of drab colors here, and lots of stuff that was built very fast.  

Forget the details about bedrooms, baths and the color of the wallpaper or the condition of the roof.

The only other "color" is that we actually had identified a better exit strategy for the property a few weeks after we signed the initial contract.  

@Benjamin Blackburn  if your in a market that is well sought after remember your target is going to get many of these same color same red print etc.. does not even take the dullest bulb to realize these are all canned.I often wonder if you did something likeVery professional.... and you explain to them that they will probably get a bunch of letters like this...

Who approves the paint colors or the fixture that you will use? 

If there are multiple draws, having specific goals for each draw seems reasonable to me.Micromanaged would be telling you what kind of tile to use and what color paint to use.Pulling title updates should not be expensive.
