Unfortunately, life just isn't that simple and real estate is highly localized.

It's just a normal way of life for many of the people here and a lot of people have no goals of even owning their own home,@Chris ReevesThank you for taking your time o input some advice.1.

I plan to be in the Real Estate Industry for the rest of my life.

Hopefully I can give back to the community by sharing my life time of construction experience, especially for New Yorkers. 

I am based out of the Tampa Bay area and have lived here my entire life.

Fear is the number one motivator or de-motivator in life.

Build your foundation before you build your house and you'll have a much easier life and deals will get done easier and quicker than always being one step behind your deal.

I have some capital to use, but i need guidance so i don't lose the money i saved up my entire life.

I'm very eager to start this new journey in my life.
