Can you recommend any books or courses for a newbie to read?

I have read almost every real estate book worth reading and have most programs worth getting.so hopefully im educated enough to atleast where i can strive until i get some experience in field lol.Just looking to start out now.

I just got done reading the book "The 4hour Work Week".

I recently read a book that focused on working with Realtors in the area of lease-purchase deals.

I thought i read this somewhere but i can't find it in my books or on the net.

In my book, a deal is defined as a situation where both parties benefit.

I started getting into real estate development and investing after reading many books by Donald Trump (I know he may not be the most liked guy here, but he did get me into all of this).

I boufght several good books and took the best contracts and ideas that were offered from those, and word processed my own forms.

(Sometimes they forget that, and think they run the show.)I suggest calling every local MC in the phone book and asking them to send to all board members, maybe by email, a copy of their resume, what services they provide, and at what cost.
