For me, all important stuff is done on-line, bills on auto-pay mostly.

In Cincinnati, it is common on older 4 families for LL to pay gas, and that can be a very expensive bill. 

@Susan TanThe quick mortgage pay off makes sense and a 15yr fixed definitely fits the bill better than a 30.I was actually introduced to my mortgage broker by my realtor, but I’ve seen many bigger pockets posts looking for “Great lenders in my area”.

The hope is the ham isn't viewed as sign of weakness but rather an opportunity for our tenants keep us at the front of tier mind when bills are due!   

The tenants lease she signed did not include her having to pay for oil but just electricity, (1st floors heat and hot water are fueled by oil) Me not being a home owner before and or landlord thought nothing of it until winter came along and this oil bill became very expensive.

I'm coming to terms with having a large tax bill, but there seems to be nothing more I can do. 

I pay for water and received an outrageous bill.
