You will learn the REI business much better hands on with deals like that in your own backyard than going the turnkey route.just my 2 cents

(I could access my backyard thru this driveway)My deed makes no  reference to the driveway.Thru the city records i found a deed for my property dated 1979 that states, "together with rights in common driveway bordering property on north".This would be the driveway in question. 

He did seem to have a weird opinion of bigger pockets, so what alluding to pooling them in with all the "gurus" who overpromise millions in 3 months. 

My husband built me a chicken coop in the backyard of our adorable little 700 sq foot house and I am so excited to get my bee hives in the spring.  

Biggest concerns are huge deck and above ground pool all need ripped out and house reeks of pets.

Silicon Valley... rental demand is so high that people are renting out tents in their back yards for several 1000's a month.

Typical tenant has neck tattoos, a felony.. or two, will probably grow weed in your backyard and works a blue collar job.

(no pools or extras, just basic homes)In Menifee- Small homes 1300 SF for for $1550,  1700-2100 SF Homes  $1750-1800Rents have been increasing steadily.

This is a great option if you want to invest very passively and just looking for a 10% cash-on-cash return.With more experience, I would invest locally here in Seattle and there are plenty of deals in your backyard.
