So I think landlords can have an unrealistic expectation that pets will never be in their units whether authorized or not.I have seen tenant spaces with pets that are clean as a whistle and then spaces with no pets but the tenant was filthy and a hoarder.

I suspect this because my lease for these 2 cities used language directly from the cities housing code in the area of occupancy that was taken from the housing authority back in 2013 when the lease was created for these units.
