Most people act tough and talk tough, but when it comes time to visit the judge (or even threatened with it), their true colors show and they are just big mouthed idiots.

She lived about 21/2 hours away and was present for turnovers/leasing/etc. visiting at least once a month.

I have visited the USA many times and really enjoy the country and its people.  

I am looking at a condo right now and plan to call the HOA and ask them a lot of questions to get a clear sense of year over year HOA increases, how many special assessments they've had to do, how many renters they allow, is there any assurance that I can buy as an investor and get clearance to rent?

I’ve noticed prices on the low-end houses in Niagara Falls continue to increase gradually, with many good deals still out there.I am an out-of-state investor, visiting the city once or twice a year, checking on properties while on a mini-vacation.
