What other financial information do you typical request to ensure validity and track record is as advertised? 

FB recently cracked down on who you can target when it comes to housing, making it even tougher to advertise housing.

They are asking $1.4M and advertising a 10.23% cap rate. 

Hi allI got my 90 days of intention journal and started using it but was wondering about the MM group that was advertised with the purchase.

I see a lot of leases now advertised with 10,000 miles...who the heck only drives 10,000 miles/year. 

That's why I want to make this work for all 3 parties involved.I own an advertising agency so I feel like I have the ability to write compelling copy.

., TV commercials, radio ads, do pay per click/adwords, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online advertising and boosted/promoted social media postings.Bottom line is consistency.

Pet fees, covered/reserved parking, guest amenity access, gym classes, advertising in newsletters to residents, sponsored events on site (ice cream, bounce house by a law firm, etc.)

Also is there a place to advertise a second mortgage for investors to buy?
