Hi Everyone,I am glad I found this forum, it seems to be one of the more active ones.I come from an extensive background in Real Estate brokerage and investing (Foreclosures Fixer Uppers, Notes etc.).

Hearing about everyone's activities made me decide I was letting a great market pass me by by not taking some serious action for my own benefit, instead of just my clients.

We're a pretty active bunch.

I was ready to start investing and was actively looking at properties to flip when I got the opportunity to make this change in my full time career.

For some reason of course I didn't get the activation email and waited a few days, emailed the admin and now I'm in.

They say luck favors those who are active.

Activities are picking up in these two sectors and the response has been encouraging.

If you really think you can get rich off SFH's and you're own money, be my guest.

Depending on your budget you marketing might include things like ads in the paper or the phonebook, but the nuts and bolts of finding deals is being consistent and persistent in actively looking for them.
