Hi, I am 19 and going to school for finance and real estate and have started crunching numbers as a practice to see if I can find some good deals.

In general, it is a tough RE market but house hacking is perhaps the best not real active option.  

You can also check meetup.com or search facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.

Recommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

I’m fairly new to real estate even though I purchased 10 units.

One thing though time can heal poor real estate investments.

My goal (and that of most of us in real estate, I imagine), is to build long term wealth and generate enough income so that I don't have to work a typical 9-5 job.
