Thats a good strategy @Mark Douglas, I heard of that strategy before.

I did @Mark Callazzo   They told me the details on the tenant..its a section 8 and will be waiting on the voucher.... 

I sometimes find that addresses aren't visible on houses that are run/down vacant or the street I'm on has changed names ect...Has any one found an app that will let you mark a specific house as you're driving by it?
