So long as people trust and understand the ability of the Federal Reserve to mint new dollars and the US gov't to defend them more than they trust blockchains to do the same, people will continue to think in terms of dollars, and Crypto will continue to be to volatile and speculative to pay rent or buy a property.It will take a generation or longer for crypto to become our collective finance method of choice, if it goes that way.If I were a landlord, I WOULD NOT accept payments in crypto, no matter how convenient my twenty-something-year-old tenants might think it is.
