Who is consistently doing mailing and what volume and frequency would you say is the sweet spot?

Before the wholesalers started inundating them with price quote requests, hundreds at a time in hopes of flipping at least one quote, the average price request volume was around 1,600 per month.

So many prospecting leads come through on a daily basis, and the same answer is always, “waiting on rates to drop.”

Now a highly desirable home with daily offers to buy.

We use a software system with daily logs, pictures every single day of work done, notes on work, change orders that are digital with pictures and auto saved, etc..

At least not the kind that I interact with on a daily basis.

However, if I buy a mutual fund with a good track record and hold it for 10+ years, history would suggest that I'll make money nearly every time.While real estate doesn't have daily swings as high or low as the stock market, and your strategy may not be to hold a property for 10+ years, the same reality exists.
