Most girls really do want a chill weekend together, nothing crazy. 

Frankly, it may not be an issue at all, if it "ain't broke, don't fix ix it!

My hope within the next 1-2 months would be to find a REinvesting mentor in my area willing to take me under their wing in exchange for free work from a very capable girl like myself. 

They called to tell me that they were sorry about what happened and told me that the girl that was living in the house (her niece) threatened to burn the house down if they sold it out from under her.

But, builders already purchased a ton of land and broke ground on development in both the single family and multifamily housing markets.

@Sofia Sharkey, there’s a better chance of you going broke than making it.  

If they are obsessed with weed, posting about drinking every weekend, espouse communism, complaining about always being broke or have prison tattoos I don’t message them back :) good luck!
