Hello all or anyone,I am going to be in the Roanoke Virginia area in the next couple days and was wanting to meet with fellow investors and network.

The only thing we are a bit confused on is he said you can simply "back out" of the deal if you change our mind...but how would you just "back out" of the contract if there is nothing actually wrong with the home?

We estimate that we need roughly 9 more properties that generate $300 / month in cash flow to meet this goal.Currently, we are a single-income household.
