The last trip was to sign the property management company and get the house ready before listing the property.

In a month I am taking a road trip to Arizona to see as many cities as possible in person, along with as many neighborhoods as possible to start narrowing down my options.

I went to school in Marshall, MN and while I was there I made trips to Sioux Falls to visit friends. 

If she is driving an hour to hour and a half round trip I would say at-least $25 an hour.   

After a 15yd dumpster was placed and filled, along with 3 trips to a friends burn pile ( 3 couches, end tables, ect) the house is now cleaned out.

As others mentioned can put Sophie etc on bus card if prefer being called that. 

"experiences" ...what about your property enables you to attract specifics types of experiences....In marketing there is features and benefits....you can say things like access to our canoe(feature) OR have a great canoes adventure(benefit) with our supplied canoe and custom maps to the best spots for day canoe trips. 

I work 7 days a week and just like many of us I have a hard time shutting it off when I am at home, so my solution is to travel.Once a trip is booked and paid for there is no going back, it will happen.
