If so, do you recommend using one or sticking with regular stamps and is it expensive?

Lots of people stick their heads in the ground so get a good script in your repertoire to get them to trust you and make yourself stand out.Also welcome to the site!

I"m a pretty horrible judge of character, which is why I like screening "rules" to stick by.  

That's my plan and I'm sticking to it. 

I generally stick to much easier paydays.

If you have 11 years of experience you should be able to find something even at a pay cut.Please know that none of us are suggesting you not make a change or stick with your job. what we are saying is be cautious and have a plan.

And it's not meth unless they are a stick insect and have spots on their face.

So I would stick to smaller properties, at least at first, to get your feet wet and some experience.
