Hi All,I'm a real estate newbie (for now), but thinking of interviewing  various property managers in investment markets of interest to start building the teams in preparation for that first deal..I'm sure there is a list of property management interview questions posted somewhere on here, so my question is about your interview experiences.What are some things that came up in interviews that my not be typically discussed in a regular interview script.What interview answers were red flags that you wish you had caught or noticed before signing an PM agreement?

That is something to consider as well. 

Perhaps you could figure out a way to do something like this where the studio paid a small portion, you paid a small portion and the main house paid most of it.

I will say if you stay in this business for 10 years like he has that is saying something..

I assume you needed a survey because you wanted to put up a fence, or the neighbor was complaining about your tenants crossing the property line, or something similar.

I think you should buy something for $150k like a turnkey SFH that is worth $180-$190k.

Is there an option or something I can do to help load pages faster, cause waiting 15 to 30 seconds per load is just crazy in this day and age.
