Hi everyone.I’m new to the community and was after listening to one of the recent podcasts, I was left wondering: Will the appeal of single family homes increase in the coming future as opposed to small multi family homes due to the fact that people won’t want to be coming into contact with other tenants/neighbors for social distancing concerns?

There are 4 different people here...even though the tenant and the buyer may have the same social security numbers, just like the owner and the landlord might have the same C.C.#.What this means is when the property is sold, the lease agreement is still in place but is transferred from the old owner (the seller) to the new owner (the option executor).
