That is when I got a phone call to which lasted much longer than it needed to and clarified nothing to me.

Ideally would like get an app on my phone, pay once and be done with it....I dont want to pay monthly fee ...It would be good if I could have an access to the transactions not just on my phone but also on my laptop..Is there anything like that?

If you don’t want to do it no amount of money is going to make you happy about those stupid phone calls that the toilet isn’t working or they demand you come over immediately and level their stove because their pancakes aren’t level (true story)If you can sell it I think I would.
