Grand Rapids has taken off, but again the deals are there if you look hard and long enough.

In Grand Rapids, Michigan, if a new certificate has been issued within 90 days of the closing date, the certificate and the remaining time left on the certificate transfers to the new owner.

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a handyman in the Grand Rapids area who can do small tasks like fix plumbing, general carpentry, etc.

I am starting to get into real estate investing, and was told that getting a real estate license is a great way show I am more serious about investing and will help my name carry more weight to bankers, other agents, potential investors, etc.

Our local economist from Grand Valley State University predicts a national slow down by 2019 but does not see that affecting the West Michigan real estate market (especially the Grand Rapids area) for many years to come due to pent up demand and the significant deficit of existing housing on all fronts and continued job growth.  

I'm looking in the Grand Rapids Michigan area where I grew up and eventually will move back to if this real estate thing works out. 

not just students, but in downtown Grand Rapids as well.  30 yr olds sharing an apartment with people they dont even know..
