My plan was to rehab small cosmetic fixes then refinance in about a year because I will be living in it, the bank is saying I should qualify for a loan that basically pays for the whole down payment, anyways I was listening to a recent podcast on BRRR and they said it’s usually with a personal line of credit, so is it possible to BRRR with first time home buyers program?

I need help deciding on all these different RE software programs. 

In fact, the only schooling I had after graduating from high school was an audio engineering program from a tiny school called Dark Horse Institute in Franklin, Tennessee.

From the pictures, the house doesn't appear to need much work, so the repair budget is low. 

We decided to liquidate the project since our rents appeared to be at the height of what they could potentially be.

I’m just not putting myself in the middle of a court appearance because I was a witness to the home inspection when the buyer either sues the seller or the inspection company down the road.

While total number of sales are down, it appears to be an issue with supply and not demand!
