Whenever I am trying to remember a domain name, if I've forgotten the extension I always try .com, .co.uk, .net, and .org - if it's something else (.info, .ws, or the horrible .uk.com sub domain, for example), I'd have to google the company to find the domain again, and I'd have to be VERY interested to decide to do that.
