All depends what you are looking to spend, what kind of tenant you are looking for, and what your values are for cashflow/appreciation.Once you ask yourself these questions, then you can start to pinpoint areas that best suit your needs.Also, RE is one of the investments that can become less risky the more you spend - ie a good location
