Was there a specific strategy that you had in mind (ie. buy and hold, wholesaling, etc.) or just in the exploring stage at the moment?

I've observed more traffic on some of the facebook sites for UK property vs bp (for the moment at least).

So it is although a small market it is competitive, the house before I bought it was actually used for long term renting with great success.If you would like any more information please let me know there seems to be alot going on with the market in the UK at the moment especially in Scotland where the Scottish Government is trying to pass a bill to actually give local councils more control over the AirBnB market to return back to traditional long term let.

I’d take a moment to work on mindset.  100k is a great amount of liquidity, if you can access all of it via a HELOC, great if not are you considering a sale?  

That is my only example of what I might require at the moment. 

At the moment, my wife and I are in the midst of closing on a condo in our home town so 25% down on $299,900 will be pretty much impossible.
