I want to make a lot of money through investing but I would like to have a solid job in the real estate career field as well.

I now live in North Houston Texas selling medical equipment for a living. 

Simply put, I design and implement technical solutions for oil and gas organizations.Currently, I am employed by a major oil and gas company for about 15 years, however, not so certain about the longevity of my career in this field due to incredibly low oil prices.

Real estate is learned in the field.

So, here I am trying to learn everything I can about real estate to see if this is a potential field that I would be good at and enjoy doing all the while.

Long story short- this owner called that night and gave me this long sob story about his ex dying and the county screwing up the title transfer and all her medical bills he had to pay even though they were divorced, and more things I can't remember.

I'm very interested in the field and I'm very excited to learn many things about real estate with BP.

What really motivated me in this field is that I made minor updates to my home and sold it for 20K over what I purchased it for!

Typical situation is a subdivision which was outside the City service area for sewer, or for both water and sewer, when built and each house had its own well or own well and septic tank/field.
