@Bradley Tetu if you have private financing it might not matter; if it's with a bank they might invoke the due on sale clause if you transfer title out of your own name.

Personal or LLC probably doesn't matter... except for multi-member LLCs.

With that being said i want to get a real estate licence  my question is where to get an affordable and quality education, I have a full time job so time is a sensitive matter im leaning towards an online program can any one recommend an institute? 

It's a matter of when.  

Is it just a matter of supporting the site?

I would find an experienced/trusted or referred contractor who deals with code and get his opinion on the matter.
