But if it is done within a very short period of time, it should be handled like an inquiry rejection IMO.I agree with you @Andrew Wong since we pay a flat fee, this doesn't make sense. ( As said before their flat fee is now weird since they are no longer acting as an ad listing site, and more like a marketplace).Anyway, I would call the customer support and raise the matter strongly.

They can't handle the idea of throwing everything away, but also are not interested in posting each individual item on craigslist or FB marketplace.
