@Meghan McCallum there was a good “Marketplace” segment this evening on the “unknown, unknown” and what the snowball effect will be as this starts impacting the private sector.

But if it is done within a very short period of time, it should be handled like an inquiry rejection IMO.I agree with you @Andrew Wong since we pay a flat fee, this doesn't make sense. ( As said before their flat fee is now weird since they are no longer acting as an ad listing site, and more like a marketplace).Anyway, I would call the customer support and raise the matter strongly.

I did Facebook Marketplace and it gained more traction then Zillow.

And lesser-quality deals enter the marketplace for the same reasons.And third, if you are looking at apartment syndication opportunities, opportunity zone funds aren't likely to be a fit for you.

Is it worth getting bigger pockets market place if I am a wholesaler?

Recommend using less professional sites like craigslist and facebook market place.

They can't handle the idea of throwing everything away, but also are not interested in posting each individual item on craigslist or FB marketplace.
