I'm not sure if it's possible in my situation, because I know that you need to be self employed for at least 2 years to be able to get a loan, and I don't know if the lender will take into the consideration the money that I have earned before turning 18.

You can do that with as little as 3.50% down on an fha renovation loan where all the reno dollars are given in the same 30 year fixed rate loan.

My name is Lalo and I'm new here. i live in Astoria NY and  I'm looking to buy my first multifamily property with a FHA loan or something that requires a small amount for the down payment.

I am also looking for a company that deals in construction loans if you know any.

I have heard there are smaller lending groups where you can purchase a note of the loan for a private investor with fairly good return rates.

I put 5% down with an fha loan at 2.4%.

I spoke with the lender we used for our home mortgage, and he recommended against it, but I feel it is because he does not offer loans to LLC's and is obviously trying to keep my business.

My first rental property was a quadplex that I purchased with the VA loan. 

I don't know of any lenders that would give me a loan or what the process would look like...
