I'm looking for someone who can do granite, tile and general repairs.

I got them all last night, but i was laying tile at the new place.

Tile is also very scratch resistant.

Bigger entrance , laying block outside , bilco door .  

Guests are limited to smoking their Cannabis in the Kitchen area only (tiled area, in case of spillage) & with the window open (weather permitting).

Age seems to have little effect on home values as the City is relatively new and most have modern updates like newer kitchen, bath and hardwood or tile flooring.

(Example: Carpets are 5-year assets because they are easily removed and replaced, Tile floors are considered building components with a 27.5 year {or 39 year in commercial property} life because they are attached to the subfloor and not easily removed.)  

I made a BAD mistake wanting to get tile laid "cheap".
