For the most part land purchases in the USA are not restricted, but restrictions are being implemented in some places.

Hi everyone, I am looking for properties in the Scranton Area to implement the BRRRR strategy.

A lot of L/O deals were done by the worst kind of people in this business in the last downturn, and a lot of states created consumer protection laws that made the strategy difficult to implement.

What we'd be looking to get out of it, apart from hopefully hearing some innovative ideas to implement in our processes, is meeting partners (lenders, contractors, other investors) and building those relationships.
