All these try to increase their popularity so they will tell you what they think people will like to hear.None of these have actually pure intentions to help people.I am not the most liked person on here.. why?

Buyer has provided his EMD.Broker contacted buyer, and apparently his intention is to get a max 70% LTV 1st and he named the lender.

As a whole, I consider them just shy of mentally ill.

First I’d recommend making it publicly know to your surrounding network on your intentions.

Hi @Adam Stitt, I just did some looking into this myself and here are my notes:It’s fairly common for investors to have an informal “letter of intent” to draft the initial sale agreement with the seller.

We tell the homeowners: "Yo mami, I have ZERO intention buying your house.

We have a 12 page management contract that we've added our real experiences to over the years, with the intent of protecting both us AND the landlord.

Ill be sure to keep that in mind Dave.

It is still misrepresenting your intentions if you sign a second home rider and it isn't a second home.   

I like to think that the IRS only really cares about your "honest to god" intentions in something like this (and that should be evident here).
