How do you handle income verification when they will obviously have a different job?

@Daniel Fraenkel I really like your method for handling out of state investors.

For instance at one of my properties, I have a duplex, and I have a handle on rent collection and other services but I need most of my help with maintenance calls. 

If you intend to do a 1031 ask your title agent for a qualified 1031 company to handle it and they will walk you through it.

You may want something that can handle 90% of what you do rather than just 20%.

My goal was to understand everything about real estate so I could handle big problems if they arose.My next plan of attack was to research a few mortgage lenders to see what I could be approved for in a multi-family property.

I however am looking to hire a full time W2 employee to handle day to day operations and coordinate between these service providers and run things generally under my supervision.Need help with actually structuring the job description, company standard procedures, and most importantly how to find and vet this person.
