Score is looking good and need full funding for investment.

Full kitchen, and entertainment space layout reconfiguration, all 2 and 1.5 bathrooms including a master bath, and some other projects such as new windows, flooring, tiling, and some other finishes. 

Is your goal to add a stream of income or replace a full time 9-5 gig, to save a certain amount of money, retire early, etc.  

Tony Stephens to build off what Jay Hinrichs said if that’s all the money I had I wouldn’t spend any of it on wholesaling.If your end goal isn’t to be a full time wholesaler (and I’ve never met anyone who wants that) I’d spend it on rentals assuming that’s what you want (which is what most people want)

Real estate is not a full-time gig for me so its hard for me to get fully into off-market deal searching.

I do not have any experience I am a full-time X-ray tech and I have to admit I feel a little overwhelm investing in a city I do not live in.

They are full occupied at near market rents.
