I haven’t let no money stop me in the past so I just need to keep moving forward and scaling up.

Fast forward to today, he is "looking" for other job opportunities with better pay, he had someone staying with him part-time that he "forgot" to mention to me, and in general the communication has gone downhill.  

I went to school in Cincinnati so generally aware of the area, but look forward to getting more perspective on market condition, growth potential, economics, rental demand etc.

Anyway, glad to be here and I look forward to meeting some like-minded people and soaking up as much information as I possibly can.

I believe that the flips in the lower price ranges go fast, but now you are getting into a higher grade of property which might see some softening moving forward. 

I currently own just one Quad-Plex which is held inside an LLC, but plan on building my unit counts going forward as I learn and grow financially.  

Looking forward to researching this more...

I can see where we probably jumped the gun before doing enough research, but we are looking forward to having a place to use, and would like to  rent out a few weeks to help with expenses.
