And if you can find a deal that would make a good flip why not BRRR it and add it to your portfolio.Only you can say whether or not it is a good call for you but I always feel I will do better focused on a single goal rather than spreading myself over several.

Those starting out typically focus on rentals as it's easier to break into and find clients.

My current focus is Pinellas county multis four-family or less and looking to keep rents in the $900-$1500 range.

I'll be working for Security Bank, an under $1B bank focused mostly on CRE, IRE and commercial lending.

In your shoes, I would focus on areas that are Airbnb friendly and also focus on properties that cashflow as long term rentals.
