Imagine if failure to renew your registration meant that you forfeited your car. 

Failure to do so will result my client filing suit naming the HOA Board, the Board members individually, and the Management Company, seeking removal of these costs as well as damages for their gross negligence.Given the attached proof that my client did not violate the clause you cited, it would be extremely unwise to continue harassing my client for such an obvious mistake by the Board.

How do you feel knowing there's a variety of situations where someone else's challenges, failure to plan ahead, acts of God (that aren't covered by insurance) or nefarious intentions become your burden to bear with the law's support?

Calculated or controlled risk.I tell people to calculate failure.  

And - in my area, failure to provide Agency Disclosure would be an educational opportunity for our regulatory agency in the least, and a fine at best.  

And if they ignore that, trying to fix, fix, fix out-put's, patch and patch away, it leads to a cascade of failures.

Know what failure looks like.  

I am aware of the failure rate of wholesalers and see it as a challenge.

It seems like a cluster**** and anything that could have gone wrong absolutely has lol but I am open to the failure as this is how we become millionaires, but learning and pushing through.
