Hoping to get them all installed next week.Plus odor removal (smoking in 2 units with acoustical ceilings removed and that will be replaced, plus kilz everywhere on the floors and walls, and what smells like a dead dog, with urine and feces in another apartment), completed carpet removal and am starting painting and need new appliances.Oh, and some electrical things are on movable plywood panels, that will need to be dealt with.Pretty total rehab.

Hi ,We are planning to move to Seattle from Boston and looking at buying a house, we can use help in deciding on how to move forward .1- I work from Home for now and only need to travel to Seattle downtown maybe 1-2 times a month.2- We have no kids its just me ,my wife and our dog , we prefer house with nice yard and if possible views ...the american dream.3- Looking to buy something between $ 350-450 K budget.4- Prefer a neighbourhood that will not crash in property value as we are putting our savings into the home, an investment that can appreciate well over time.Any help or advice in terms of which all neighborhood to search is much appreciated, ideally a nice suburban house with brilliant views Thanks again .

There is this other home that I'm currently looking at it is in foreclosure right now and Hazard County Assessor has appraised it last year at 91,000 and some change I would attempt to get it under contract and be able to gets the house for 30,000 however it is in foreclosure for the amount of 64000 but it does need some rehab as they had cats and dogs inside apparently ruined the carpets I have not been over there to see it yet since I have not been in that house in almost a year or so as this is a house that was part of the families and uncle on my wife side.

I would go the route of bird dogging for a wholesaler and learning from him if that was your aim.
