Just wondering if you had a personal connection or were basing the decision on numbers alone...I visit Cleveland fairly often...it's a great city overall...we tend to gravitate to Ohio City...very walkable and lots of transition...great to see some redevelopment in the area.Best of luck going forward.

Bad savings decisions aside, lots of people are being shut out of home buying for strictly financial reasons, and it's a travesty. :( I worry about what kind of life my grandkids will have.

It’s not a bad decision giving everyone you have stated but it’s certainly not optimal either.

That decision paid off big time!
