Hi @Marcus ONG, sorry for replying so long after this post but, the above answers are incomplete.concerning 1) because they miss the aspect of territoriality of the tax: the answer generally depends on the fiscal residence of the non-resident.Many countries (France, Korea) assess taxes on their residents based on their worldwide income.
